Such a good place!! Food was extremely good and of high quality. We chose the 4 different main and starters so we could share and as well as the deserts, all were splendid. We were served by Henrique whom did great suggestions and he was really cool too. Bonus is that he speaks French too. The whole team brought a good atmosphere. We definitely recommend this place. Best place I have eaten in the whole UK! honestly. @Makars Mash, keep it up 👌💪🥰

Very busy little place, with a nice atmosphere but not especially comfortable seats, due to it being so small. Cheerful staff and great food make up for it though, and the veggie options are very good.

I recently had lunch at Makars Mash Bar while visiting Edinburgh, and it was a delightful experience! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty meal. The mini haggis, neeps & tatties starter is a must try! it was absolutely delicious! While the overall meal can be a bit pricey for what you get, it aligns with the typical restaurant prices around the city. The restaurant is split into two locations on the same street, one mainly focusing on bookings and the other serving walk-ins. We visited for lunch just as it opened, and the place was already quite busy, which created a lovely atmosphere.

예약하고 들어가는 매장과 walk-in으로 들어가는 매장이 달라요. 가까이 근처에 있긴 합니다. 하기스랑 소시지, 그리고 흑맥주 시캬먹었는데요. 음. 흑맥주는 아주 좋았고 하기스는 순대의 그 맛, 소시지는 너무 짰어요. 다들 친절하긴한데 결제할 때 팁 물어봐요. 분위기 좋고요, 스코틀랜드 전통 음식 먹어보려면 가기 괜찮은 식당입니다.

第一次来爱丁堡,看到小红书上好评差评都有,犹豫了很久还是来了这家餐厅,想着就算是雷也有这么多人一起踩,那就试试吧。 苏格兰蛋很好吃5🌟,haggis像是饺子馅4🌟半,第一次尝试其实还不错,没有什么怪味,牛肩肉很软烂,但我点的太多为了不浪费最后有点吃腻了。实在是太顶了,吃完可以在三九天裸奔一宿。 我是一个不太挑食的人感觉还不错。总体来讲是一家值得打卡的餐厅,那些觉得不好吃的人,有没有可能英国菜水平都差不多,相比之下真的很好了。

If anyone's reading this, yes the roast is all good. But please try the sticky date toffee pudding, still thinking about this!! Best thing I've eaten in so long 🥹 Also the best time to queue is 11:45am, no queue around 2pm.

Amazing food, it was delicious! I got the slowed cooked beef with bacon mashed potaoe. I would totally recommend this place and would go back. People were also nice.
